3. How do I forward e-mail from ku.edu ?

a. Start by accessing http://www.ku.edu

b. Select Technology

c. Select Outlook Web Access (don’t login)

d. Select KU Online Services (left column)

e. Select Manage Exchange Accounts

f. Now login with your KU username & password

g. Scroll down to Set Forwarding; follow instructions

h. Note that the change may take up to 40 minutes before the forwarding becomes effective.

4. To erase the forwarding, repeat the steps above

5. Vista – Where is Outlook Express? Replaced by a new program: Windows Mail

6. Shall we proceed now to get a Vista based system?
