Diana Lee Voldeng, 68, of Rogers [AR] died Thursday, Aug. 10, 2006, at a local nursing home. She was born July 6, 1939, in Caldwell, Kan., to Addie Williams and Lee Perry. She was a graduate of the University of Kansas with a degree in education. She taught English and Spanish for more than 20 years in Little Rock at the Arkansas School for the Blind. She was a longtime member of Grace Presbyterian Church in Little Rock and recently a member of First Presbyterian Church in Rogers.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Nelson Voldeng. Survivors include two sons and daughters-in-law, Matt Voldeng and Katie Voldeng of Rogers and Kurt Voldeng and Bonnie Voldeng of Memphis, Tenn.; a brother and sister-in-law, Phil Perry and Jo Lynne Perry of Caldwell, Kan.; a sister, Jean Perry of Tucson, Ariz.; and three grandchildren, Tyler Voleng and Riley Voldeng, both of Rogers, and Brianna Voldeng of Memphis..

A memorial service will be held at 2 p. m. Saturday at Grace Presbyterian Church in Little Rock with the Rev. Anne Russ officiating. In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to Grace Presbyterian Church, 9301 N. Rodney Parham, Little Rock, AR 72227; The A. Nelson Pharmacy Research Fellowship, 4301 W. Markham, Little Rock, AR 72205; or the American Cancer Society, 3291 S. Thompson, Suite D-104, Springdale, AR 72764. Cremation arrangements were by Stockdale Funeral Services of Rogers.
